4. Booking and Payment
a. Booking Process: To book a yacht or boat rental, you must follow the booking process outlined on the Website. You will be required to provide certain personal information and payment details.
b. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the Website. All payments are processed securely.
c. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made 14 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date.
5. Rental Terms
a. Usage: The rented yacht or boat must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to operate the yacht or boat responsibly and safely.
b. Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the yacht or boat during the rental period. A security deposit may be required and will be used to cover any damages or losses.
c. Insurance: Nautero.com recommends that you obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period. Nautero.com is not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage incurred during the rental period.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Website or its users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
a. Posting or transmitting any fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
b. Engaging in any activity that could interfere with the operation of the Website.
c. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems.
